Dear MHS Community,
The Mariemont High School PTO Welcomes you to the 2024-2025 school year!
What we do: The purpose of the MHS PTO is to enhance the overall educational experience of our students by offering support for academic, social, health and safety aspects of their high school life, including graduation, student orientations, spirit wear, and related activities. We also promote the relationship between the school, the parents/guardians, and teachers and coordinate teacher appreciation efforts and conference dinners. And more!
Who should join?: Any individual, family/guardian with a student at the school, and teachers who want to support the educational experience at MHS.
Are there meetings?: The PTO meets five times during the school year at the high school. Although attending meetings is not a requirement, they are a great way to find out what is happening at the school. Reports are given by Dr. Renner, the superintendent, student council, PTO committee chairs, the school counselors, and a teacher representative.
Will I have to volunteer for something?: PTO members are not required to volunteer. However, if you would like to join a committee, we would love to have you. Just reach out to a Board member for information.
Bonus: Your PTO membership gives you access to the school directory of students!
Meetings will be held at Mariemont High School and all are welcome!
