MHS After Prom

Mariemont High School After Prom is a long-standing tradition in our Mariemont Schools community. It provides our high school juniors and seniors and their dates with a safe, fun, and alcohol-free event immediately following Prom. This year’s MHS After Prom takes place in the early morning hours of April 22 at Main Event in West Chester.

Prom night is considered one of the most dangerous nights of the year for high school students. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, one-third of all alcohol-related teen traffic fatalities occur during prom season, from April – June. MHS After Prom is a community-wide effort to keep our kids safe on Prom night.

HERE'S HOW YOU CAN HELP OUT:

Individual/Family Monetary Donation:
Your tax-deductible, monetary donation helps offset the cost of After Prom so we can keep ticket prices low for our students and enable more kids to attend. Donated funds are also used to purchase raffle items, which generate lots of buzz before the event and are a major attendance draw. To donate, click the following link or drop off cash or a check (payable to Mariemont HS PTO) to the school office in an envelope marked "After Prom."

Elite Corporation Sponsorship:
Your business’s $200 donation will be publicly recognized via social media, communications to the Mariemont School District Community and communications to high school parents. To learn more or make a corporate donation, please contact Kristin Van Scoy at 513-604-6012.

In-kind Donation:
To meet our attendees' diverse interests, we want to create a wide variety of fun and exciting raffle packages. We’re looking for in-kind donations of anything our juniors are seniors would enjoy or use. Here are some specific ideas:
  • Event Tickets (sports, concerts and musical festivals, Broadway Series)
  • Airline miles
  • TVs, headphones and speakers
  • Gift Cards (salons, spas, retail stores, restaurants, car washes and gas)
To make an in-kind donation, drop of your item at the high school or contact Kristin Van Scoy at 513-604-6012 to arrange a pick up.
