The Cross Country Team ran in their league meet this weekend. Both the boys and the girls placed second out of all of the CHL teams. Out of more than 70 runners, Ben Fahnestock placed 1st in a dramatic battle to the finish with a Madeira runner. Ben finished in 10 minutes and 39 seconds, beating the Madeira runner by a tenth of a second. Neel Abbott, Matthew Tucker, and Will Pschesang placed within the top 20 runners. Julia Bohl placed second for the girls, with a time of 13:04. Hailey Zuckerberg, Elise Urshel, Grace Mavridoglou, Jillian Chen, and Molly Hurt placed in the top 20. The whole team also ran their personal best time in this race. Great job, everyone!

Picture retake day is Thursday, October 17 for students who were absent on picture day or wish to have a new picture taken. Late Arrival / Early Dismissal Procedure: Parents please send a note to school with
your student if they need to leave early for an appointment or other
reason. Please remind your student to bring the note to the office upon
arrival (prior to first bell class) where they will receive a pass to leave
class early and wait at the office until you arrive. If this procedure is
followed, your student will be sent outside to meet you upon your
arrival. In place of a note to school you may email Mrs. Murray prior to
