Scholastic Art Award Nominations
Congratulations to our 29 MJHS students who have had artwork nominated for this year's Scholastic Art Awards. Pieces will be judged over the winter break and Gold Key, Silver Key and Honorable Mention Awards will be announced by the Art Academy/Scholastic board on January 7th. Again, congratulations to these students!
Latin Club
There will be an 8th grade Latin club meeting today during lunch / brunch. We will be working on Saturnalia decorations and enjoying some festival fun. Be sure to sign up with Magistra so she can plan for supplies.
Boys Basketball:
Congratulations to the 8th grade boys basketball team on their 42-29 win over Deer Park on Monday. Leading the way was Sam Stalzer with 23 points and John Lindner with 6 points. Their next game is January 5th at home against Reading.
