  1. Attention Seniors, you were emailed the application google form for Camp Kern yesterday. As a reminder you need to complete the google form today if you would like to attend. Let Mr. Block know if you have any questions. Thank you.

  2. Sophomores: you will all be participating in the SOS, Signs of Suicide Program this Wednesday at 2nd bell. It is a program that teaches warning signs for suicide and how to ACT (Acknowledge, Care, Tell) to get help if you are worried about yourself or a friend.  Please check the counseling page in Schoology for your location. Locations will also be posted on the board in the hub tomorrow morning.

  3. The varsity boy’s basketball team will play Springfield Shawnee in the District Championship game Saturday at 4pm at the University of Cincinnati's Fifth Third Arena.   Tickets are available at www.ohsaa.org/tickets  under boys basketball division 3, Region 12.

  4. Attention students that registered for Master Class. Your Master Class application is due by Friday, March 4. Please reach out to Mr. Sugerman if you have any questions, but please make sure to turn in all forms by Friday!

  5. Are you interested in serving our country? Are you interested in free college tuition? If so, then you should come to the CCPC on Thursday 5th bell to learn about the opportunities in the Army National Guard. See Mrs. Leszczuk if you have questions.

  6. Do you love sports? Then you may want to consider a career in sports management. Beyond the love of the game, successful sports management professionals need unwavering dedication and a strong commitment to teamwork. This industry attracts people driven to win – players might get much of the glory, but they represent a fraction of the organization-wide effort needed to capture championships and build legacies. If this sounds like a career fit for you, then make sure that you attend our next Career Chat on March 10 during Warrior bell in room 26. See Mrs. Leszczuk if you have questions.

  7. Just a few more spots remain for the Hoxworth Senior Class Blood Drive to be held Wednesday March 2nd.  Please consider this life saving opportunity.  Donors must be at least 16 years old and weigh 110 pounds.  See Mrs. Bell to sign up.
     
  8. The first round of lifeguarding classes will begin on March 3.  To sign up, complete the form in the main office and return it with payment.  You must be 15 years old to take the class.  The class for renewing lifeguard certifications is Tuesday March 8.  See the flier for information.

  9. Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is hiring and having a job fair at the Zoo.  Openings for concessions and retail/gift shop.  The job fair will be held on March 9 and 10th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.  You must be 16 or older and all candidates must be fully vaccinated.
