1. Attention Sophomores and Juniors - All Juniors need to report to the auditorium at the beginning of Warrior bell today for a scheduling meeting and all sophomores should report to the hub at the beginning of Warrior bell today for an electives meeting.
2. The Red Cross has announced that COVID-19, weather, and staffing limitations have caused the worst blood shortage in over a decade and is declaring its first-ever national blood crisis. The Senior Class will be sponsoring its annual Hoxworth Blood Drive on Thursday Feb. 3rd. Any student 16 years of age or older and weighing at least 110 lbs. Is eligible to donate. Parents are also invited to donate. You could be a lifesaver. 3. Attention freshmen, sophomores, and juniors - this Friday is Teacher Recommendation Day. You will receive your course recommendation form in first bell, and you will take this to each academic teacher all day. Your English, math, science, and social studies teachers will initial your form with their course recommendation for you for next year.
Please note that they will also tell you about all of the different courses available in their department. Mariemont offers many exciting electives so make sure you are aware of all of your choices for next year.
You will be required to turn this form in 7th bell - feel free to take a picture of it with your phone or iPad. See your counselor if you have any questions.
4. All PE 1 and 2 flex credit students are reminded to check the course in Schoology and follow online course requirements. Grades are added weekly. Email Mrs. Thomas with any questions.
