A BIG congratulations to the Quiz Team players at this weekend's regional tournament! Out of 24 teams, and playing in their first tournament ever, Mariemont won fourth overall! Give a high five to these brainiacs in the hallways this week, they deserve it! Sam Hicks-Jirkans, Nora O'Donnell, Erin O'Donnell, Daniel Cooper, and Caleb Ching.
The Art Department is hosting a guest artist from the Art Academy of Cincinnati to teach a 5 day painting course on Wednesdays starting February 22! Students in study hall and in good standing can sign up to participate in this free class during 2nd and 4th bell. Only a few seats are open! Don't miss this opportunity to paint a masterpiece in only 5 days! Sign up using the QR code on the HUB announcement screen, or email Mrs. Thueneman. Classes are every Wednesday for 5 consecutive weeks starting on February 22. Sign ups close this Thursday, Feb. 16.
In Esports, the Overwatch 2 team will be taking on Loveland, the Rocket League team will face off against Kettering-Fairmont and the Smash Bros. team will fight against Kings.
