Today's Eclipse Fact!

This eclipse will be the most-viewed ever! More than 500 million people in the US, Canada and Mexico will have the opportunity to see a partial eclipse. The path of the eclipse continues from Mexico, entering the United States in Texas, and traveling through Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Small parts of Tennessee and Michigan will also experience the total solar eclipse. More than 10 million people are in the path of totality and 28 million live within 60 miles of the path.  We’re SO excited for everyone to witness this unique experience on Monday!

Are you interested in outdoor adventures like camping, whitewater rafting, and rock climbing? Or maybe want to learn some new skills like cooking, first aid, or wilderness survival? The Mariemont Scouts BSA Troops enjoy all these kinds of activities and more and want to invite you to consider joining them on their adventures.  Being a Scout isn't just about tying knots and lighting fires – it's about embracing adventure, community, and growth. Whether you're working on badges, planning trips, or organizing service projects, you are becoming the best version of yourself, and using teamwork to support your fellow Scouts. Both the Boy and Girl Troop are having an open meeting this Sunday at 7pm at the Jr. High school, and welcome you and your family to come check them out and see if Scouting is for you!
