  1. Sources of Strength leaders have a meeting today at lunch.  Check Groupme for details.

  2. Sophomores: Applications for Regional Youth Leadership (RYL) are open.  RYL is a leadership development program for high school students during their junior year.  Students will be selected to participate in monthly sessions examining topics such as arts & culture, economic development, local government, and more. Each session is held at a different business or organization throughout the region and led by community and business leaders. Applications are due February 1st.  See the counseling page on schoology or Mrs. Zaya for information.

  3. Attention - students interested in the Armed Forces - our own London Hiltgen, 2023 MHS graduate, will be here on this Thursday, 3rd bell, to discuss joining the Army. He will also be able to discuss the Army Reserves and the National Guard. Please come to the CCPC if interested.

  4. Juniors and seniors: Looking for volunteer hours?  Come and be a tour guide at 8th grade open house tonight from 5:30pm to 7pm. Let Mrs. Zaya know if you want to volunteer.  She needs about 5 more leaders.

  5. Get ready for a night of winter wonder and dancing at Mariemont High School's Winter Snowball Dance! Here are some important details:

The dance is on Saturday from  9:00 pm - 11:00 pm in the Gymnasium

  • Tickets are on sale now for $15 and the last day to purchase tickets is today at 3:30 pm.

  • Purchase your tickets online or with cash at the school office.

  • Check your class Schoology page for the online ticket purchase link.

Are you bringing a guest?

  • Guest forms are available in the school office.

  • Turn in completed guest forms to Mr. Block by tomorrow.

Lastly, an Attendance Reminder:

  • The dance starts at 9:00 pm.

  • All attendees must arrive by 9:30 pm.

  • If you arrive later than 9:30 pm, a parent/guardian will be contacted.
