Since 2010, Tricia has filled the role of student services director. Her duties in this position include director of special education, gifted education, Title I and the ESL program.

Tricia began her career in the Mariemont City School District in 1994 as an Intervention Specialist. She coached several teams, was an advisor to clubs, and helped direct the junior high plays. In 2000, she transitioned into her role as the junior high guidance counselor. In addition to her counseling duties she was the District Testing Coordinator and special education case manager.

Mrs. Buchert earned a BA in education from Miami University, and a Masters of Education from the University of Cincinnati.
