Biographical Information:
I am orginally from Wilmington, MA, a suburb about 15 minutes north of Boston. I graduated from Wilmington High School in '93 and attended St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH where i majored in Psychology. After college I spent a year doing volunteer work with the non profit organization Boys Hope/Girls Hope. I was in their Southern California house. It was an amazing experience and feel so fortunate that i was able to do it. I moved back home to MA and earned my Master's Degree in Elementary Education (grades 1-6) from Wheelock College in Boston. In 2000, I got my first teaching job at the Dutile School as a 4th grade teacher in Billerica, MA. I taught there for 6 awesome years. In 2006, my wife and I decided to move to Cincinnati to be closer to her family. That's when I started teaching at TPES and feel so fortunate to be surrounded by supportive parents, staff, and administrators. Since I have been at TPES, I have mainly taught 5th grade Math and Science but on occasion i have taught 6th grade math and science.
I met my wife, Vicki, while volunteering in So. Calif. She was volunteering at the same time with the Jesuit Volunteer Corp. We lived in Boston for 4 years and got married in 2005. We currently live in Miami Township and have two daughters, Olivia and Lucy.
