Two Mariemont High School Student Athletes Sign Athletics Letters of Intent

A pair of Mariemont High School seniors signed letters of intent to continue their athletics careers at the collegiate level. Nathan Cox committed to dive at the University of Denver while Myah Giordullo will play soccer at Tusculum University in Tennessee.
 
Cox is a three-time state qualifier, advancing to the final competition in Ohio in his first three years as a high school athlete. He is the reigning Cincinnati Hills League (CHL) champion and finished fifth at the state meet in 2019. He is a two-time All-City performer, having earned the title in both 2018 and 2019.
 
Giordullo was recognized as All-CHL, All-City, All-State and All-America during her playing time at Mariemont High School. She helped the Warriors to back-to-back appearances in the regional championship and led the team to its first CHL championship since 2008 this fall. As a senior she earned the title of CHL Player of the Year after leading her team to an undefeated 7-0-0 mark. In league play. The team finished the 2020 season with an overall record of 17-1-3, with its only loss coming in the regional championship game.
