Mariemont High School Art Students Selected for Governor’s Art Exhibit
Andrew Foley Artwork
A pair of Mariemont High School students recently found out that their artwork has been selected for display in the 2021 Ohio Governor’s Youth Art Exhibit.

Seniors Andrew Foley and Megan Weinland and both had pieces selected for the exhibit. More than 6,000 artworks were entered for regional judging and only 258 pieces (or 15%) were selected for the state show.

Additionally, Foley’s work was honored as a top-25 piece from the state. He is the first MHS student to ever have a top-25 piece in the show.

Foley submitted a film work for his entry while Weinland entered a quilted sweater.
