- This Saturday, April 9th, the varsity baseball team will be playing a game at home in Fairfax at 12:00 p.m. in memory of Ben Turner. Ben was a member of the varsity baseball team in 2017; he passed away in June of that year following a car accident. This will be the 4th game honoring his memory; there was no game in 2020. In addition to the game, baseball parents will have a concession stand to raise money for Pro Kids, an organization near and dear to the Turners. There will be hot dogs, chips, water, and baked goods on sale for $1/$2 plus a meal deal for $5. Cash only. Donations in cash will also be accepted. Thanks for your support and we hope to see you at the game!
- The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Students of the Year fundraising competition winner will be announced this Friday, April 8. Your team, Warriors for a Cure, asks for your help to finish strong! Remind your families to support our team by donating online by Thursday, April 7. Thank you to all who have donated to our cause! Go Warriors!
- We are hosting the Mariemont Youth Track Meet this Saturday, April 9th. Student volunteers are needed…this is a great way to earn volunteer hours, as well as, receive a $5 Starbucks gift card. If you’re interested in volunteering for a 3-hour shift, email [email protected]. Available shifts: 7:45-11 am, 11 am-2 pm, & 2-5 pm.
