Girls Soccer:
The girls soccer team, won their game against Walnut Hills on Friday evening by a score of 4-0. Goals were scored by the following lady Warriors: Saura Patel, Katie Senes, Jane Mueller and Clara Nichols with a goal and an assist by Saura Patel.
The team's record is now 4-0. Go Warriors!
Girls Golf:
The Jr. High Girls Golf Team finished 2nd in the Middle School Invitational this weekend.
Mariemont's team score was 136.
Charlotte Soller finished as runner up overall and Campbell Drum finished 3rd overall.
There were also strong performances by Miller Spreen, Lily Billips and MJ Stevens.
The girls next match is today at Reeves Golf Course against Guardian Angels.
The Warrior Run:
The Warrior Run is back! Registration is open for the 2021 1N5 Warrior Run. The race will be held on October 2 right here in Mariemont! Come join us at the Bell Tower Park or run your race virtually. This family-friendly event includes a 5K Run and a 1-mile walk. After the race, you can join the party at the Bell Tower for food, kids' games, and a movie!!
Every dollar raised through the Warrior Run supports evidence-based mental health education in our schools. 1N5 supports projects right here at MJHS like Sources of Strength, the MindPeace Room, and Signs of Suicide. The goal of the Warrior Run is to raise money and awareness to expand mental health programming so that no one fights this fight alone.
