3. Congratulations to the Lady Warriors Tennis team. The girls are currently ranked #3 in the city and #9 in the State Coaches poll. Yesterday at sectionals the girls had a great day as they went 13-0 in their matches. Singles players Kate Taylor and Peyton Wilhelm and the Doubles Teams of Claire Soller and Logan Wilhelm, and Lucy Neville and Caroline Soller all made it to sectional semi-finals on Saturday and have qualified for Districts at the ATP tennis center next week. Ella Malafa will play her quarterfinal sectional match Thursday and a win would also qualify her for Districts. The girls will be taking a record number of players to Districts. Great job girls!
