- Fall sports have heated up and there's a lot going on. The volleyball team ended a 9 year drought on Monday defeating Blanchester in 3 games for their first tournament win since 2013. They’ll play Clermont Northeast on Saturday at 1:30. The boy's soccer team beat Fayetteville on Monday night 8-0 and will play Purcell Marian tonight at 7:00 pm. The girl's soccer team will will take on CNE or Felicity Franklin on Saturday at 7:00 pm in the sectional semi-finals. The cross country teams traveled to Ross for the CHL Championships this past Saturday and came home with some hardware. Bennett Turan is the best male runner in the CHL, winning first place and set a new school record 15:56.4, Ben Fahnestock came in fifth and Neel Abbott tenth. The boys team won second place overall and the girls team placed 3rd overall. Congratulations to all of the runners. The boys football team will play Taylor on senior night at 7:00 pm. - Here's some news from the CCPC: Hofstra University will be here today during 7th bell. Next Monday, Marian University will be here 3rd bell and DePauw University will be here 5th bell.
- Great Oaks Career Campuses is offering coffee chats for parents of 6th-10th graders for interactive discussions about educational and career options available to Mariemont students. Two coffee chats are available this fall: Monday, October 24 at 6:00 pm in Deerfield Township and a virtual session will take place on Wednesday, October 26 at 6:30 pm.
