Last night, the Lady Warriors soccer team beat Taylor 3-0 in their
Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Soccer Game. Two goals were scored by Erin
Wilder and Peyton Steele. Thank you to all who came out to cheer them on last
night. With your generous support, they raised almost $950 which will be given
to 2 local women battling breast cancer. Way to go lady warriors!

- The junior high football teambeat Finneytown
yesterday 34-14. The offensive line did an amazing job giving the following
players the opportunity to score, Davis Whitmore had a touch-down pass
from Charlie Tully, Stuart Wells had 3 touchdowns and a 2 point conversion
catch from Charlie. One was a fumble recovery in the in
zone. Finn Warden had a strong run in for a 2 point conversion, and
Ryan Glassmeyer had a corner of the in-zone catch for a touchdown. Other
notable big plays on offense from MJ Steele and Talon Vianello. The defense
had a strong team effort, notables were Davis Whitmore with an interception,
Charlie Perkins with a fumble recovery, and multiple sacks by Cullen Rasmussen,
Pierce Hanser, and Andrew Duckwall. Congrats

- Picture retake day is Thursday, October 17 for students who were absent
on picture day or wish to have a new picture taken. Students getting a
retake should bring original picture package to school on October 17. New

- Attention 8th grade parents: On November 13, 2019, all 8th graders
will take a field trip to Union Terminal from 8:30am-12:30pm. Please see the
attached flyer for information.

group meeting!!! Do you enjoy reading different perspectives? Do
you like to hang out and talk with your friends? 8th graders meet in room
207 during lunch on October Today where we will discuss and vote on our first

- Late Arrival / Early Dismissal Procedure: Parents please send a note to school with
your student if they need to leave early for an appointment or other
reason. Please remind your student to bring the note to the office upon
arrival (prior to first bell class) where they will receive a pass to leave
class early and wait at the office until you arrive. If this procedure is
followed, your student will be sent outside to meet you upon your
arrival. In place of a note to school you may email Mrs. Murray prior to
8:30 [email protected].
