The remote learning program will be a substitute for school-based instruction and therefore participation in learning activities is required and will be utilized for attendance and assessment.
What to expect from the remote learning program:
This webpage will serve as the hub for all students to access the remote learning program during a school closure. Specific grade level links will be added to this page for students to access work.
Grades K-1
- Students will be provided with directions and activities for continuing learning at home.
- These activities may require the use of technology. Please fill out the iPad request form if you need a device from the district.
- Opportunities for hard-copy pick-up of assignments will be available upon request (contact your building principal).
- There will be daily activities for reading, writing and math and every two days for the remaining subjects.
Grades 2-3
- Students will be provided with a school iPad and charger for the remote learning program.
- Students will be provided with directions and activities which may require the use of technology and iPads.
- Teachers will be creating videos to share with students to teach skills and provide activities to reinforce them.
- There will be daily activities for reading, writing and math and every two days for the remaining subjects.
- Contact your building principal if internet access is not available.
Grade 4
- Students will need their school iPad for the remote learning program.
- Students will be provided with directions and activities which may require the use of technology and iPads.
- Teachers will be creating videos to share with students to teach skills and provide activities to reinforce them.

Grades 5-12
- Students will need their school iPad (grades 5-9) or personal device (grades 10-12) for the remote learning program.
- Teachers will be creating videos daily to share with students to teach skills and provide activities to reinforce them.
- Teachers will hold virtual office hours that students can choose to participate in via Google Hangout.
