Dear Parents,
Last year the Mariemont City School District implemented a new
electronic notification
system to alert parents to emergency situations (such as a snow
day) and to send
important information home from the district or school. This
system, called C-Notify, can
contact parents by phone (home, work and cell), by e-mail and by
text message.
Last year, a C-Notify account was set up for each family using
the directory information
that you provided for us. We would like to make sure that your
family’s information is
still current and correct.
If you need to update any information from last year (such as a
new cell phone number or
e-mail address) or if your family is new to the district and
needs to have an account set
up, please call 272-7700 or
email the school office.
There is only one account per family, so that if you have
already updated your family’s information at the TPE
Kindergarten or Gr.1-6 Parent Information Night or at the Jr.
High Open House, you do not need to do it again.
Last year, we had great success using C-Notify to get important
district information to
families in a timely and efficient manner. This year, we plan to
use the system to share
TPE information as well. Thank you for your help updating the
system for the 2006-07
