Terrace Park Elementary commemorates every school year with a yearbook available for purchase by the students. PTO volunteers take photos, create the layout and manage yearbook orders.

Yearbook Photo Submission Information

If you take any great photos at any school activities this year, please submit them for possible inclusion in the yearbook. Photos of small groups work best (3-4 students) but all photos are welcome. Photos must be from a "real" digital camera--no cellphone pics please.

There are two ways to submit photos: email or upload to our yearbook share site.

To email your photos: Attach each photo to an email and send to Please list the names of each child in the photo (or for large groups, the grade level or event name, e.g. holiday concert) in the subject line of the email.

Note: You can attach multiple photos to the email, but they will all be captioned the same (with your email subject line). So, if photos are of different subjects, please email them separately or use the easy upload process below.

To upload your photos:

  1. Click on this link:
  2. Click the blue "Upload Photos" button on the right
  3. Enter your email address (so I know who the photos came from--you don't have to create an account) then click the "Choose Photos" button when it appears
  4. Select the photos from your computer and click "Open"
  5. After the photo(s) are uploaded, click "Edit Caption" on each photo and enter the names of the students in the photo (or for large groups, the grade level or event name, e.g. holiday concert). Note: after you enter the caption, click "Update Caption" to save, not "Okay"
