Tami Croll, current Mariemont Elementary Dean of Students, will be named the next principal of Terrace Park Elementary pending Board of Education approval on April 9th.
Croll, who began her Mariemont City Schools career as the Terrace Park Elementary music teacher in 2007, will return to the school after three years serving as the Dean of Students at Mariemont Elementary.
During her time at ME, Tami has played an integral role in supporting the academic program, implementing staff professional development and leading several school-wide initiatives.
“Tami has served the Mariemont City School District well as both a classroom teacher and the Dean of Students,” said Superintendent Steven Estepp. “I know she will continue to do great things as the principal at Terrace Park.”
Tami began her teaching career as a music teacher at West Clermont Schools before joining the district in 2007. Croll earned her Bachelors of Music Education at Northern Kentucky University as well as a Masters of Arts in Education at NKU as well as a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. She and her husband, Kurt, have three children, Ally, Lauren and Kyle.
Croll replaces Linda Lee, who has served as the Terrace Park Elementary principal for the past 14 years. Lee is retiring from her principal position but will continue to be a part of the Mariemont City Schools supporting intervention specialists and special education students and families throughout the district.
