The Wizard of Oz will come to life on the MHS stage performed by
the MJHS Players on Friday, April 25 at 7pm and Saturday, April
26 at 2pm. Tickets are $4 for students and $5 for adults
and may be purchased at the door. Thank you to PTO play
liaison Leslie McManus and her own cast of dozens of volunteers
who help support the production.

Photo shopping - We're looking for photos of 8th grader Brandon
Jacobs to replace ones lost in a house fire. If you have
photos from any year, we will scan them and return them to you.

Night of the Arts - now

7pm.
Enjoy music on the grounds outside MJHS and take in the inspired
student artwork at this favorite, annual event. If the
weather doesn't cooperate, it will be indoors.

Cafeteria Committee
- The MJHS cafeteria has already sprung to life with a new coat
of paint with stripe accents and has been decluttered.
Soon look for new bulletin boards and blinds to help revive the
space. Also, the PTO has ordered room number plates to
help folks navigate around the building!

On May 1, MJHS students will be visited by author and poet,
George Ella Lyon. Thanks to Dee Walter and Shannon DeCamp
and their volunteers for helping with this author visit.

Our last
MJHS PTO meeting / garden party will be Wednesday, May 21 in the
MJHS Courtyard @ 9am (if rains, Room 207)
