Volunteers

Work from home:

*trace patterns for art projects
*cut out materials or laminated pages
*collate and staple books
*send in supplies for parties, special projects or cooking supplies

In the Classroom:

*be a volunteer from 8:30-10:00 or 10:00-11:30
*listen to children read their "baggie books"
*write "book words" in journals during writing time
*help with class parties or special events
*be a workshop parent (supervise a small group during an academic task)*display art work/put up or take down a bulletin board
*work with individual students on specific skills

At School:

Be a library aide (check-in, check-out, reshelve books during your child's class library time)
Be a PTO Volunteer (see opportunities for service at their website below)
