SCIENCE NEWS - EXTRA CREDIT
Students may complete four extra
credit news items a quarter.
The newspaper, Scholastic News, TV shows, Internet, and other science
sources may be referenced for information. Students must write a summary of the
science related article. The
summary and article must be turned in together.
The summary should include the
following information:

Summary written in complete sentences and checked for correct spelling.
·
WHO wrote the article and WHAT it is about.
·
WHEN the article was written.
·
WHERE you found it and WHERE it takes place.
·
HOW might this affect us and our world.
·
WHY you chose this science news event.
