ACTIVITY 1

  • One activity that you can do everyday is to take a look at the weather.  After clicking on weather, enter a city or a zip code (Cincinnati, 45227).  Record the information on your weather chart .  Choose another city and compare the two cities.  Chart the data and discuss with your partner other information you can chart.

 

ACTIVITY 2

  • Your task today is to be our reporter.  You are in charge of reporting "Today in History" to our class.  You can do this with a partner if you wish.  Your report should not be longer than three minutes.  Visit one of the sites below:

  • Science - In this activity you will explore the Scott Foresman website for the science question of the Day.  If there is not a question for that day, visit the "Archives" section.  Also explore the "Riddles and Mysteries" and "Bizarre Science" sections.  Share your findings with at least one member in your class.  You may also respond in the science section of your 3-subject spiral.  Explore and Learn!!
