Mrs. Parr enjoys teaching world history to 7th graders.  As the Builders Club advisor, she facilitates and recognizes student community service.  Mrs. Parr assists in the yearly planning of the 8th grade Washington, DC trip.  She finds it rewarding to see students learn, have fun, and excel in and out of the classroom.  

Personally, Mrs. Parr is an avid reader, gardener, and cook.  She is a fan of collegiate basketball and football.  Mrs. Parr also enjoys travel and has recently visited the northern, southern, eastern, and western borders of the continental United States.  Mrs. Parr volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care.
