 Attention science club! Our baby chicks will be hatching soon!! We will meet next Wednesday March 7th to complete the building of our brooder and candle our eggs.  The chick will begin to hatch at the end of next week.

Congratulations to Isabella Harris!  She is our new published author with Amazing Kids Magazine!!  Her poem, "When?" will be published in June!  

Attention Power of the Pen teams:  don't forget we have practice on Thursday!  7th grade writers, don't forget you are leading practice!

Jr. High track practice will begin on Monday, March 5 at the high school from 3:30 – 5:00.  Students may ride the activity bus to the high school for practice (this will be the last bus in line and will leave immediately after

The Sound of Music: Tickets Now on Sale! Mariemont High School will present the beloved classic “The Sound of Music” on Friday, March 16 and Saturday, March 17 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 18 at 2 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online by going to www.mariemontschools.org/mariemont-high-school and clicking on “Purchase Tickets to The Sound of Music” at the bottom of the left-hand menu bar. This is a secure website for Mariemont ticket purchases (small processing fees apply). Online ticket sales close two hours prior to each performance. Tickets can also be purchased at the MHS Box Office located outside of the MHS Auditorium with cash or check made out to MHS during school lunch hours (11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.) the week of a performance plus one hour before each performance. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens. ALL SEATING IS RESERVED, and tickets to the musical often sell out so buy your tickets early! Questions? Late Arrival / Early Dismissal Procedure:  Parents please send a note to school with your student if they need to leave early for an appointment or other reason.  Please remind your student to bring the note to the office upon arrival (prior to first bell class) where they will receive a pass to leave class early and wait at the office until you arrive.  If this procedure is followed, your student will be sent outside to meet you upon your arrival.  In place of a note to school you may email Mrs. Murray prior to 8:30 pmurray@mariemontschools.org
