Jr. High Parent /Teacher Conferences will take place on November 9 and November 15 from 4:00 – 8:00. Online registration is open until 11/11/17 for students interested in joining the Mariemont Ski & Snowboard Club. Ski Club is a four-week program at Perfect North Slopes for students grades 5 – 12. Registration can be completed online at www.perfectnorth.com Please read Mariemont Ski/Board Club FAQ’s for additional information.
Late Arrival / Early Dismissal Procedure: Parents please send a note to school with your student if they need to leave early for an appointment or other reason. Please remind your student to bring the note to the office upon arrival (prior to first bell class) where they will receive a pass to leave class early and wait at the office until you arrive. If this procedure is followed, your student will be sent outside to meet you upon your arrival. In place of a note to school you may email Mrs. Murray prior to 8:30 firstname.lastname@example.org
PTO - Community News:
The Village of Fairfax is sponsoring Rec Chess Night one each first and third Monday of each month from 6:30 – 8:30 pm beginning Monday, November 6. This ‘open house style’ chess night takes place at the Fairfax Municipal Building (downstairs in the scout room). Players of all ages and skill levels are invited - you will be paired according to your ability. Donated boards are greatly appreciated (or feel free to bring your own). As Cotillion season rapidly approaches, please consider donating your children's party wear clothing that no longer fits. Items can be dropped off at 729 Park Ave. On November 11 from 12:00PM- 2:00PM at the TP Community Building, you can shop for gently worn Cotillion clothing that WILL fit!
