Pennies for Patients: Good morning. Our school has accepted the challenge of helping to find a cure for blood cancer! We are joining over 29,000 schools across the nation to make a difference and raise as much money as we can! Over the next 3 weeks our school will be working to reach a goal of $2,600. You can bring donations to your first bell teacher. The first bell that raises the most money per student will receive a pizza party.

Attention Student Curriculum Committee members. . .our next meeting is this Wednesday, March 8th from 11:30-1. Please be ready to board the bus by 11:20. Be sure to reach out to your teachers to get any work you may miss.

The following students received the Unsung Hero Award for February: Grade 7: Lucy Jacobs and Ben Longardner; Grade 8: Olivia Simpson and Jimmy Sauter.

One of the clubs from the high school, is coming to MJHS! Mariemont Pride Plus is going to create a branch here at the junior high. Mariemont Pride Plus is a group focused on social equality. Students from the high school club will be coming to have a meeting here on Friday, March 10th at 3:00. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Skinner.

Hamilton County ESC is sponsoring Parents for the Gifted Resource Fair at the Princeton Administrative Office on March 11 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Registration is required for this FREE event. Additional information and registration details are available at

A meeting will be held in room 107 during lunch TODAY for boys interested in joining the tennis team.

Track practice begins TODAY at the high school (Kusel Stadium). Athletes should ride the activity bus after school, dress and then report to the track. Pick up an information packet at the Jr High office if you did not receive at the track meeting. Go Warriors!

Students who are interested in participating in Spring sports are reminded to have a current physical on file in the Jr High office. Also FinalForms must be updated if you plan to sign up for a team.
