  1. Campus Life will meet today during both lunches.  We’ll be planning the Halloween assembly, so we need all the help we can get.  First lunch will meet in C20 and second lunch will meet in the CCPC at the round table.  Anyone is free to join our meeting.
  2. The first career chat will be on this Thursday, 10/12, during both lunches in the upper library. Please sign up in the CCPC if you are interested in learning more about linguistics as well as innovation.
  3. Lifetouch will be here for picture retakes this Thursday, October 12 from 7:30-9:00 a.m. in the Auxiliary Gym. Forms are available in the office.
  4. Are you interested in the law?  Do you like acting?  Maybe Mock Trial is for you.  The MHS Mock Trial team competes against other schools in real courtrooms. If you’re interested in joining the Mock Trial team, come to the informational meeting this Thursday in Mr. Wolfford’s room (room 18) after school.
  5. Attention all Juniors! The final date to sign up for the SPA Service Trip to Peru is this Sunday October 15th. This will be a once in a lifetime trip so don't miss out!
  6. Interested in tutoring at either of the elementary schools in the district? You can help tutor kids after school on Tuesdays at Mariemont or Thursdays at Terrace Park for an easy and fun way to get community service hours.  Please contact junior Amelia Popowics if you’re interested and want more information.
  7. Congratulations to the Mariemont Boys Golf team on an excellent season.  After facing some tough conditions and circumstances, they finished 4th in the overall district tournament yesterday at Beavercreek beating out Indian Hill and Wyoming!  Congratulations to Henry Lewis, Max Hobart, Logan Campbell, Jack Neville and Andrew Getgey.
  8. There will be a meeting for any boys and girls interested in Bowling on Mariemont’s bowling team this winter.  The meeting will be on Wednesday in the Health room after school. Be sure to sign up on Final Forms if you have not already done so.
  9. Calling all freshmen and sophomores! Cheerleading tryouts for the basketball season will be Thursday, October 19th and Monday, October 23rd in the gym from 6:30-7:30. Please contact Stephanie Frey with any questions.
  10. Seniors, please report directly to the auditorium for today’s Warrior Bell at 12:42.
  11. Detention this week will be served with Ms. Reilly in room 12.
