  1. The Ohio State University will visit the CCPC today at 8:45.
  2. Students who did not pick up their yearbook at lunch Tuesday should see Mr. Becksfort in room 7 before or after school this week.
  3. Anyone who signed up for an experienceship for intersession, please come during your study hall or your assigned time this Friday to the upper library in order to meet with Mr. Schnug and Mrs. Wilson so you can be placed in the proper internship.
  4. Attention Writing Consultants, please sign up for a training session on the wall outside Ms. Reilly's and Mr. Weiss's classrooms. Sessions are Tuesday, September 26 and Thursday, September 28.
  5. Congratulations to the Mariemont golfers who won their match shooting 157 to Harrison’s 164.  Max Hobart was the medalist with an excellent one-under 34!
  6. Please help Cameron Hollander meet his goal in Kicking Hunger. The main goal of this fundraiser is to address poverty in the Cincinnati area. To date, the fundraiser has raised over $27,000 and fed over 14,000 people. This Friday night, Cameron will be competing against Madeira kicker, Ryan Lienhart, in raising the most money. Stop by the booth to support the cause and help. 
  7. Sign up for Barefoot Warriors, a Sand Soccer Tournament in association with the Warrior Run. The event will happen on Sunday, October 1 from 6-9PM. All participants and volunteers will count for points in the high school challenge! CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.
  8. Senior homecoming shirt order forms are posted on Blackboard. Shirts will ONLY be guaranteed to those who pay the $15 fee to a class officer (Danielle Bryan, Abby Dodson, Hannah Coates, Jackson Northrop, or Andrew Brandser) by Monday, September 25th. Don't miss out!

  11. Any student planning to bring a guest to Homecoming, please make sure to pick up a yellow permission form from the front desk in the office.  Guest forms are due back to Mr. Block by Friday, September 29th.
  12. Calling all kings, queens, princes, and princesses: First round of voting for Homecoming court will begin on Monday, September 25th.  Voting will open up first bell and will close at 3:00 on Monday.  You can find the announcement on your Blackboard counseling page.  Complete the Google form and cast your vote for who you want to be on this year's MHS Homecoming court.
