Practice:

  • Starts Tuesday November 6th

  • Time 3:15- 4:45pm

 Location:

  • Most Practices will be held in the Jr. High cafeteria

  • At times practice may be held in the high school wrestling room

Clothes

  • Clothes can be kept in the Jr. High Gym locker.

  • Wrestlers only need a t-shirt, shorts and gym shoes. Wrestling shoes are preferred.

 Competition is base on weight

               Weight Class: 80, 86, 92, 98, 104, 110, 116, 122, 128, 134, 142, 150, 160, 172, 205, 245
