• Proquest Historical Newspapers

  Search for articles from the New York Times written at the time of the court case by doing an advanced search and narrowing it to the year the court case occurred. ***need a Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County library card to access.

  Provides excerpts of transcripts, court decisions, biographies of those involved, and much more for nearly every famous trial on the list.

• LII (Legal Information Institute) Supreme Court Collection

  Provides a trial summary and the majority opinion and dissenting opinions for every U.S. Supreme Court trial.

• OYEZ--Supreme Court Multimedia

  Good way to browse Supreme Court cases by subject. When you click on a case, you can view a summary and the opinion and then choose to view the participants, the oral arguments, the opinion. Sometimes there is audio available too.
