Here is the link for Snow and the cholera epidemic in London http://www.theplumber.com/.  Click on "to Plumbing History Articles", then "Plagues & Epidemics".  It is all interesting, but "the Cholera Story" (after the second picture but before the third) is where you want to be.  Answer the questions on the lab from this site.

If you want to learn more about cholera, there is a great site http://www.sph.unc.edu/courses/john_snow/prologue.htm that will take you further into the cholera story, and you can hear excerpts from Snow's journal, as well as learn more of the details.
