Click here to submit COURSE REQUESTS online for 2008-2009.  To log on, you'll need your school ID number which can be found on copies of your schedule or grade sheets.  The "school code" is M086 (M, zero, eight, six).  Please print a copy of the verification sheet and get a  parent signature.  Then turn it in to the high school counseling office by March 14, 2008.
