a)      Booster Membership Committee: The Vice-President shall be the Chairperson. The committee shall be comprised of three at large Board members. This committee shall oversee the Booster Membership Drive which shall be used to further the stated purpose of the Mariemont Athletic Booster Association.

b)      Funding Committee: The Treasurer shall be the Chairperson. The committee shall be comprised of the President, Athletic Director, and four other at large Board members. This committee shall recommend an annual budget, make recommendations to the Board of Directors for funding request approval and implement the "Wish List" process.

c)      Program Committee: The Chairperson shall be appointed by the President. The committee shall be comprised of four other at large Board members. This committee shall be responsible for all elements of the printed sports programs - the design, production, ads and sales at sports events.

d)      Special Activities Committee: The Chairperson shall be appointed by the President. The committee shall be comprised of two other at large Board Members. The responsibility of this committee is to ensure that all fund raising activities other than Membership are organized and implemented.

e)      Nominating Committee:  The Chairperson shall be the Secretary. The committee shall be comprised of the President and four other at large Board members. The responsibility of committee is to prepare a slate of new members at the March meeting, and new officers for nomination at the April meeting. Other nominations may be made from the floor.

f)       Communication Committee: The Chairperson shall be appointed by the President. The committee shall be comprised of two other at large Board members. This committee shall be responsible for generating positive publicity about the Mariemont athletic program, including the athletes, teams and coaches, and the Boosters Association.

g)      Team Parent Committee: The Chairperson shall be appointed by the President. The committee shall be comprised of two other at large members. Each committee member shall be responsible for one of three Team groups - Boy Teams, Girl Teams, and Junior High Teams. This committee shall be responsible for assigning a Team Coordinator for each sport and for formulating lines of communication among the Booster Board and team parents and coaches. The Team Coordinator is responsible for playing an active support role for the coach and team during the season.

h)      Junior High Committee: The Chairperson shall be appointed by the President. The committee shall be comprised of an additional member, which shall be the Board member on the Team Parent Committee responsible for the Junior High. The committee is responsible for serving as the Board liaison for the Junior High, play an active role in soliciting Junior High Booster Association membership, and report Junior High activities to the Board.
