The varsity track teams indured a gray day and cooler temps yesterday to advance to the finals of the New Richmond Invitational today. The Runnin' Warriors compete at Finneytown on Tuesday, and Anderson next Thursday and Friday.
The boys lacrosse Warriors have picked up after break where they left off, with wins over McNick, Mason, and Elder. The Warriors travel to Wyoming on Saturday at 11 and 1pm, and finish their game with St. Xavier on Monday at 6pm at St. Xavier.
The girls lacrosse teams are playiung exciting lacrosse as well. An exciting 12-11 win over Kilbourne Saturday highlighted a 7-1 run in the second half of that game. The ladies defeated Summit on Tuesday 17-14, and travel to Sycamore on Thursday at 6 and 7:30. The Lady Warriors travel to Indian Hill for the Backyard Brawl on Tuesday at 530 and 7.
The baseball and softball teams continue to dodge the rain drops and try to get on a run of games. Both the varsity baseball and softball team travel to Indian Hill today, and host the Braves on Monday. The softball Warriors travel to Winton Woods on Tuesday. Both baseball and softball host Reading on Wednesday, and both squads travel to Madeira on Thursday.
The tennis team continues to improve and look like they'll get some games in here in the next week. The Warriors play Fenwick today (VH/JVA) and Indian Hill on Thursday (VH/JVA). On Monday, the varsity travels to Wyoming as they JV battle the Cowboys at home, and on Tuesday, it's Amelia VH/JVA)
