Happy New Year!

 Happy New Year to all of our Warriors, Warrior families, and friends.  I hope the break over the holidays gave everyone a chance to be with famly and recharge before the semester exams and the second half of the school year.  2016 has certainly been a busy year, and 2017 appears to be just as busy with a number of exciting challenges and possibilites appearing in our grasp.  Here's to a great 2017 and an exciting second half of our school year.

The girls basketball team looks to break a two game skid as we return to action.  The Lady Warriors will be at Reading on Wednesday at 6 and 7:30, and return home on Saturday with Milford challenging our JV at noon, and Finneytown challenging our varsity at 1:30.  The Lady Warriors are currently undefeated in CHL play, and are 5th in the Enquirer Coaches Poll for Division 2.  The Lady Warriors will be at Batavia on Wednesday Jan 11th and at Madeira on Saturday January 14 at 12:30 and 2pm.

The varsity boys basketball team was busy over break, defeating Clermont Northeastern and then winning the Patriot Invitational at Tri-Village with wins over Eaton and Dayton Jefferson.  The JV boys won 2 of 3 in that same stretch.  The boys waste no time in getting back to action as they travel to Wyoming on Tuesday at 4:30,6, and 7:30, and travel to Deer Park on Friday at 6 and 7:30.  The boys are tied for 4th in the early going of the CHL with a 1-1 record, and are tied for 9th in the Enquirer Coaches Poll.  Their only action for the week of january 9th will be a Friday home game with Reading at 4:30,6,7:30 on the 13th, and then travel to Norwood on Saturday the 14th at 4:30,6, and 7:30.

The Varisity swim teams have been busy with wins over McNicholas and a break meet with Highlands,  The swimming and diving teams will challenge Summit in the home waters on Wednesday the 4th at 5:30, and then host their Blue-Gold Meet on on Saturday January 7th. The girls team enters the week ranked #1 in the Enquirer Coaches Poll wghile the boys are unranked at this time.;

The wrestlers have enjoyed an extended breakafter the Blanchester Duals. The squad travels to Columbus this weekend, and then is hoome for a tri match with Madeira and Purcell Marian on January 12 at 7pm.
