Things are starting to get exciting on Warrior Way as we approach the end of the winter sports season and prepare for the CHL Championships and Sectional Tournaments.  There's been a lot to talk about, so let's get to it!

The varsity girls basketball team continues the best regular season record in school history for the sport with their recent win over Reading on Saturday.  The Lady Warriors are currently 18-1, 12-0 CHL, and travel to Bishop Fenwick Monday evening to battle the falcons at 6 and 7:30.  On Wednesday, the Lady Warriors return home for senior night against Finneytown.  The freshmen boys will play Mason at 4:30, the JV girls will play MVCA at 6pm, and varsity will tip with Finneytown at 7:30.  Come out at 7pm as we honor Sarah, Julia, Hanna, Aislyn, and Olivia and their families.   The Lady warriors will then wrap up the regular season at Madeira in a contest for the league title.  JV at 2pm and Varsity at 3:30.  We'll need a large crowd, so come on out!  The first Tournament game will be Feb 13 at Withrow vs Shroder at 5pm.  Tickets for all tournament games are on sale at school for $6, and we keep a portion of the money.  For the tournament brackets, go to

The boys basketball teams continue to try to find a way to get over the hump, losing another close game Saturday night to Goshen.  The boys JV and varsity will be at Deer Park on Tuesday at 6 and 7:30.  The freshmen boys will host Mason Wednesday at 4pm, and on Friday, all three teams will host 7 Hills at 4, 530, and 7pm.

The wrestling team competed at Milford this past weekend, and take a week off as they prepare for the CHL Championships at Indian Hill at 10am on Feb. 13.

The Water Warriors will be swimming Fast in February as we begin the Championship Season this week!  The divers will compete in the CHL Championships Friday night at Mariemont at 7pm, and the swimmers will compete in the CHL Championships on Saturday at the Powell Crosley YMCA at 2:10.  Come out and see what your #1 ranked girls and #3 ranked boys can do!
