Nine Mariemont Junior High School Students Win Scholastic Art Awards

Nine Mariemont Junior High School students have been selected as winners of the 2017-18 Scholastic Art and Writing Competition. 

Over 5,000 artworks were submitted for nomination and 1,000 winning pieces of art were accepted into the regional show. Works are judged on originality, technical skills and emergence of personal voice. Gold Key, Silver Key and Honorable Mention recognitions were awarded and students who received Gold Key status will go on to compete for national medals in New York.

Congratulations to the following students who will have their work on display at the Art Academy of Cincinnati from January 29th through February 9th.
