Problem: Middle school students of science need practice interpreting, synthesizing and drawing conclusions from data. Hypothesis: If students are given the opportunity to participate in a meaningful and interesting science project involving the interpretation and synthesis of real data, then they will become more proficient in interpreting, synthesizing and drawing conclusions from scientific data. Procedures: Develop a project for 7th grade science students that will give students an opportunity to develop science process skills.
